• I’m travelling for fewer than 14 nights; which Park, Sleep & Fly package should I book?

  If you’re travelling for fewer than 14 nights and wish to use the Park, Sleep & Fly package, you should book the Park, Sleep & Fly up to 14 nights package.

• I’m travelling for fewer than 31 nights; which Park, Sleep & Fly package should I book?

  If you are travelling for fewer than 31 nights and wish to use the Park, Sleep & Fly package, you should book the Park, Sleep & Fly up to 31 nights package.

• I am staying away for more than 31 nights; can I book a Park, Sleep & Fly package?

  Please contact Hotel Schiphol by telephone on +31 252 67 53 35. We’d be happy to discuss the options with you.

• I’ve booked a Park, Sleep & Fly holiday deal but need to make a change; is that possible?

  The holiday deal has different terms and conditions to the other Park, Sleep & Fly packages. If you are able to make changes, we will charge a fee for this. Please contact Hotel Schiphol by telephone on +31 252 67 53 35. We’d be happy to look at the options with you.

• I’d like to park my car first and only stay overnight after my holiday – is that possible?

  Certainly. In this case, book the Park, Sleep & Fly package of your choice and note in the comments field when you’ll be dropping off your car. Don’t forget to pop into reception to register your parking ticket. Please note: once you’ve parked your car at Hotel Schiphol, you can no longer cancel the package.

• We need several rooms but will only be leaving one car; how can I book?

  You can book one Park, Sleep & Fly package and one standard overnight stay. Of course, you can always contact Hotel Schiphol on +31 252 67 53 35 for assistance.

• Until when can I cancel my Park, Sleep & Fly booking?

  A Park, Sleep & Fly package can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before check-in time (14:00). Please note: the booking must be paid for 24 hours before arrival, otherwise it will be automatically cancelled.

  Have you booked a Holiday Deal? If so, this cannot be cancelled (free of charge).

• When does my Park, Sleep & Fly package need to be paid for?

  The booking must be paid for 24 hours before arrival, otherwise it will be automatically cancelled.

  Have you booked a Holiday Deal? Then the room must be paid for within one hour. After that, it will be automatically cancelled.

• We’ll be arriving at the hotel after 8 pm, can I still check in?

  If your booking has been paid for, you can check in at any time from 2 pm. Van der Valk Hotel Schiphol has a 24/7 manned reception.

• Is the shuttle included in a Park, Sleep & Fly package?

  A daytime shuttle is included in a Park, Sleep & Fly package. However, you will still need to book the shuttle. A night-time shuttle is not included but is available.

• Where can I park if I have booked a Park, Sleep & Fly package?

  You may park in P2, P3, P4 or P5 at Van der Valk Hotel Schiphol.

• We would like to park several cars; is that possible?

• Can I park for free with my Park, Sleep & Fly package?

  Parking at Van der Valk Hotel Schiphol is included in a Park, Sleep & Fly package for 1 car.

• How do I count the number of days of parking?

  We count the 14 or 31 nights from the day you check out of the hotel.

• We’d like to have breakfast before we leave, is that possible?

  You certainly can have breakfast. The breakfast buffet at Van der Valk Hotel Schiphol is open daily from 05:00 – 11:00. You can book this in advance via this page or when you check in at the hotel.

• Is the car park secure?

  The car park at Van der Valk Hotel Schiphol is monitored 24/7 by staff and CCTV cameras. Parking is always at your own risk.

• What age groups do you use for babies and children?

  Babies are aged 0 to 3 years. Children are aged 4 to 12 years.

• Can I book for a baby?

  Yes, you can specify a baby (0 to 3 years old) when booking at Van der Valk Hotel Schiphol.

• Can I book a cot?

  You can book a cot for €7.50 per night. You are also welcome to bring your own cot.

• I can’t click on the date I want?

  It may be that the desired date cannot be selected because the hotel is fully booked on that day.

• Can I use a Park, Sleep & Fly package in reverse?

  You can also use the Park, Sleep & Fly package in reverse. This involves parking your car at the hotel, then going on holiday, and staying overnight when you return from your holiday. If you wish to do this, please book the Park, Sleep & Fly package for the date of your overnight stay and state in the comments field when you will be parking your car. Don’t forget to pop into reception so that our staff can validate your parking ticket.
