Houserules

General Rules

• All instructions of employees of the hotel, which are related to the house rules must be followed.
• In case of fire always remain calm. Report the fire to the reception and/or break the glass in the nearest fire alarm.
• Leave the building immediately in case of a fire alarm.
• Do not use the lift in case of a fire alarm. Leave the building using the stairs. Follow the exit signs which are clearly marked.
• We can only accept a Hotel reservation from over 18 year olds. A valid passport or identity card must be presented to our staff when you check in.
• A CCTV system operates within this Hotel. Please note the recordings of the system may be used by third parties if requested.
• Lost property: please hand any item found to the reception.
• The hotel cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft of your belongings.
• The management, owner or employees of the hotel cannot be held responsible for any injuries, damage or losses to guests during the stay.
• The room should be cleaned every day.

It is not allowed to:

• Use the emergency exits to enter or leave the Hotel without an emergency.
• Take any Hotel property outside of the Hotel. Any damage to Hotel property will be charged for.
• To have, use or sell prohibited drugs or substances.
• Use laughing gas balloons and bringing laughing gas bottles or cartridges into the room (In case of doubt, please provide access to your luggage to gain access to the hotelroom)
• Cause any inconvenience by playing loud music or offensive or unacceptable behaviour.
• To smoke anywhere in the Hotel. In case we notice, there has been smoked in the room, you will get a penalty of € 250,00. This also applies to disabling the fire detector in the room.
• Stay with more than two people in the room. (except for our family rooms)
• Receiving other guests in the room.
• Receiving guests in the room for the purpose of sexual commercial activities.

House Rules for the Swimming Pool & Wellness Centre

• Swimwear must be worn.
• Guests are not permitted to walk around the hotel in swimwear.
• During your stay as a hotel guest, you can make use of the swimming pool and wellness facilities free of charge
• You must have a shower before using the saunas or the swimming pool.
• We recommend wearing bath slippers; you can also buy them at the hotel reception.
• The use of a large dry towel is compulsory in the saunas.
• Bathrobes are available to hire from the hotel reception (€10.00 hire fee, €25.00 deposit). Due to high demand, stocks may be limited. If you wish to be sure of a bathrobe, we recommend that you bring your own.
• Your room key gives you access to the Wellness Centre.
• Children under the age of 16 are only permitted when accompanied and supervised by a parent or carer. This applies to both the swimming pool and the sauna area.
• The use of (inflatable) balls, toys and air mattresses is not permitted.

Suite Regulations

• Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the hotel. If you breach this rule, the hotel will charge you €250.00 to cover the additional cleaning costs and/or any damage caused.
• Check-out from this room is by 11.00 at the latest, after which we will inspect the room.
• Any damage to, loss of or destruction of the hotel’s property will result in immediate removal, liability claims and/or a report to the police.
• We charge a deposit of €100.00 for our suites. This must be paid at check-in. We will refund the deposit to you at check-out, provided the suite is left in good condition.
• It is strictly forbidden to light candles or incense due to the fire alarm and the risk of fire. (The security system will be triggered immediately.)
• Certain decorations, such as confetti, are not permitted in the hotel rooms. Please ask at reception whether your decorations are permitted. Any additional cleaning costs or technical faults resulting from this will be charged to the guest.
• A maximum of 2 people are permitted in this room. If you wish to bring a baby, we can provide a cot for €7.50 per night. Children under the age of 12 are permitted, provided that one adult is present and the total number of people in the room is 2. Bringing children or babies is entirely at your own risk.
• You must present valid proof of identity.
• The use, sale or possession of narcotics (in any form) is prohibited. In the event of drug use or dealing, the hotel management will contact the police and may proceed to remove the guest from the premises without a refund.
