• At what times does the shuttle depart?

  The Van der Valk Hotel Schiphol shuttle runs 24/7 according to a timetable. You can find the timetable on this page.

• At what times do I need to book the shuttle?

  If you wish to travel to Schiphol Airport between 00:00 and 10:00, you must book the shuttle. The night shuttle runs between 00:00 and 05:00. It is compulsory to make a booking for this service. You can do so on this page.

  Between 05:00 and 10:00, we recommend making a booking to ensure you have a seat, as these are the busiest times.

  The shuttle to Van der Valk Hotel Schiphol cannot be booked. You can board according to the timetable. Are you travelling between 00:00 and 05:00? Then you can pay for the night shuttle at the hotel.

• How much does the shuttle cost?

  The night shuttle costs €10 per person per journey.

  The dayshuttle costs €10 per person per return ticket. If you have a Park, Sleep & Fly package, the day shuttle is included.

• Can I book the shuttle from Schiphol Airport?

  It is not possible to book the shuttle from Schiphol Airport to Van der Valk Hotel Schiphol. You can board according to the timetable. Are you travelling between 00:00 and 05:00? In that case, you can pay for the night shuttle at the hotel.

• Can I bring my wheelchair?

  Unfortunately, our shuttle is not wheelchair accessible. You can easily book a wheelchair-accessible taxi with A-tax via their website. The cost is at your own expense.

• Will my skis or snowboard fit in the shuttle?

  This depends on the length of your skis or snowboard and how full the shuttle is. Your skis can only be stored in the luggage compartment. It is not possible to reserve space for them.

• Where does the shuttle depart from at Schiphol Airport?

  The shuttle to Van der Valk Hotel Schiphol departs from stop A9-A13. To find it, follow the signs for ‘Hotel Shuttles’. The shuttle can stop anywhere along the route and is easily recognisable by the large toucan on the side.

• Where does the shuttle depart from at the hotel?

  The shuttle from Van der Valk Hotel Schiphol to Schiphol Airport departs from the main entrance.

• What does the shuttle look like?

  The Van der Valk Hotel Schiphol day shuttle is a large coach in white and blue with a large, coloured toucan on the side. The night shuttle is a small black minibus with a coloured toucan on the side. You can see photos on this page.

• How can I use the night shuttle from Schiphol Airport?

  The night shuttle from Schiphol to Van der Valk Hotel Schiphol cannot be booked in advance; once you have your luggage, you can call the hotel on +31 (0) 610121440. (This number is only used for the night shuttle). When you call this number, the driver will let you know when they expect to arrive at Schiphol Airport.

• How long does the shuttle take?

  The shuttle takes approximately 10–15 minutes to travel to and from Hotel Schiphol and Schiphol Airport.

• Is the shuttle wheelchair accessible?

  Unfortunately, our shuttle is not wheelchair accessible. You can easily book a wheelchair-accessible taxi with A-tax via their website. The cost is at your own expense.

• What are the shuttle prices from 2027 onwards?

  From 1 January 2027, the day shuttle will cost €10 per person for a return ticket. Single-journey tickets will not be available.The night shuttle will continue to cost €10 per person for a single journey. The cost of the day shuttle remains included in a Park, Sleep & Fly package.
