Yes, guests without a hotel booking are also welcome to join us for breakfast. We recommend booking in advance to ensure there is a table available.

These prices include a wide selection of hot and cold dishes, drinks and fresh produce.

There’s plenty of choice at our breakfast buffet. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask our staff.

Are you vegetarian, gluten-free or do you eat halal? That’s no problem at all.

Hotel Schiphol features a brasserie, an à la carte restaurant and two Food Markets.

You can visit the brasserie for a drink, a quick bite, lunch, cocktails or a drink in a cosy atmosphere. When the weather is fine, you can also enjoy the terrace; in winter, the fireplace is the perfect spot.

Brasserie opening hours:

• From 09:00 to 12:00 for coffee, tea & pastries
• From 11:00 to 16:00 for à la carte lunch
• From 17:00 to 00:00 for drinks

No booking is required, simply pop in.

Our à la carte restaurant offers an atmospheric evening. Here, you can order a delicious meal for the whole family. You can also enjoy the open fire in the à la carte restaurant. The à la carte restaurant is open from 17:00 – 22:00. To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking a table.

Fancy a late-night snack? Then make use of our Food Markets. Both are located in the lobby and stock a variety of drinks and snacks, as well as non-food items you may have forgotten.

You can also enjoy a delicious brunch during our Sunday brunch and holiday brunch.

You cannot book a table at the Brasserie; you can simply walk in.

We recommend booking a table for the à la carte restaurant. You can do this here. Bookings can be made by phone or at the reception desk.

There is no minimum age for visiting the Brasserie or the à la carte restaurant. Naturally, you must be 18 or over if you wish to order alcohol. The staff will, of course, check this.

No, there is no dress code in the à la carte restaurant or in the Brasserie.

For the à la carte lunch in the Brasserie, you can order from 11:00 to 16:00. For the drinks menu, you can order until 22:00.

The kitchen in the à la carte restaurant closes at 22:00.
