• On which days can I book the Live Cooking Brunch during the Christmas period?

  You can book the Live Cooking Brunch, subject to availability, for Friday December 25th and Saturday December 26th 2026.

• On which days can I book the Live Cooking Dinner during the Christmas period?

  You can book the Live Cooking Dinner, subject to availability, for Friday December 25th and Saturday December 26th 2026.

• On which days can I book the Christmas package during the Christmas period?

  You can book the Christmas package, subject to availability, for Friday 25 December and Saturday 26 December 2026.

• What are the opening hours of the restaurants on Thursday December 24th 2026?

  On Thursday 24 December 2026, all restaurants will be open as usual. Breakfast is served from 05:00 to 11:00. The Brasserie is open from 09:00 to 00:00 and the à la carte restaurant is open from 17:00 to 22:00. There will be no Christmas menu on Thursday 24 December 2026.

• What are the opening hours of the restaurants on Friday 25 December and Saturday 26 December 2026?
  • During the Christmas period, breakfast is served from 05:00 to 10:00.
  • You can enjoy coffee and pastries in the Brasserie from 10:00 to 11:00.
  • Lunch is served in the Brasserie from 11:00 to 16:00.
  • You can dine in the Brasserie from a special menu from 17:00 to 21:00.
  • You can enjoy a drink and a snack in the Brasserie from 12:00 to 00:00.
  • The Live Cooking Brunch is open from 12:00 to 14:30.
  • The Live Cooking Dinner is open from 18:00 to 21:30.

  It is not possible to make a reservation for the Brasserie.

• What's included in the Christmas Package?

  The Christmas Package includes one night’s stay in a room of your choice, a breakfast buffet, the Live Cooking Dinner (doors open at 6:00 p.m.), and a surprise.

  Check-in begins at 2:00 p.m. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. at the latest.

• What room types can I book for the Christmas package?

  Subject to availability, you can choose from the following room types when booking the Christmas Package:

  • Superior Suite
  • Superior Family Room
  • Deluxe Room with Bathtub
  • Deluxe +

• What are the cancellation policies for the Live Cooking Brunch and the Live Cooking Dinner?
  • A 100% prepayment is required for holiday reservations.
  • Cancellations may be made free of charge through November 30, 2026.
  • For cancellations between December 1 and 15, 2026, 80% of the total amount will be charged.
  • For cancellations after December 15, 2026, 100% of the amount will be charged.
  • Changes and cancellations must always be submitted in writing to kerst@schiphol.valk.nl
• What are the cancellation policies for the Christmas Package?
  • A 100% prepayment is required for holiday reservations.
  • The Christmas package must be paid within 1 hour; otherwise, it will be automatically canceled.
  • Cancellations can be made free of charge through November 30, 2026.
  • For cancellations between December 1 and 15, 2026, 80% of the total amount will be charged.
  • For cancellations after December 15, 2026, 100% of the total amount will be charged.

• I'd like to have dinner at the à la carte restaurant on December 25th or 26th

  It is not possible to dine à la carte at the à la carte restaurant on December 25 or 26. On those days, however, you can book the Live Cooking Dinner at the restaurant.

  Would you like to grab a bite to eat on December 25 or 26 but haven’t booked the Live Cooking Buffet? You’re more than welcome at the Brasserie. During the holidays, the Brasserie offers a special Christmas dinner menu.

  It is not possible to make a reservation for the Brasserie, you can just pop in.

• I'd like to book a package that includes a 3-course dinner on the 25th ot 26th of December. Is that possible?

  No, unfortunately that’s not possible. On December 25 and 26, you cannot dine at the à la carte restaurant without a reservation for the Live Cooking Dinner.

  You can make a separate reservation for the Live Cooking Dinner or book a Christmas package that includes the Live Cooking Dinner.
