Christmas Live Cooking Dinner

Celebrate the most magical time of the year at Hotel Schiphol and enjoy our festive Live Cooking dinner on Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

At Van der Valk Hotel Schiphol, you and your loved ones can enjoy our extensive Live Cooking dinner buffet. Our chefs will delight you with a variety of hot and cold appetizers and a wide selection of main courses, all prepared à la minute in our stunning Live Cooking kitchen.

The Live Cooking dinner buffet includes, among other things:

• A variety of fish and meat dishes
• A salad bar with a selection of fresh salads and dressings
• A selection of hot and cold dishes
• A dessert buffet
• The buffet also includes beer, wine, soft drinks, and water

We’ve thought of everyone. There’s plenty of choice for children at our extensive buffet, and there’s entertainment for young and old alike

We’d love to welcome you to dinner with a glass of bubbly, after which we’ll kick off the Live Cooking dinner at 6:00 PM in our cozy restaurants!

Christmas Live Cooking Dinner:

The buffet opens at 5:30 PM.

Session 1: 5:30 PM – Ends around 9:30 PM

Session 2: 6:00 PM – Ends around 9:30 PM

Prices:

Adults: €84.50 per person

Children ages 4–10: €39.50 per person

Children 3 and under: free

Special reservation and cancellation policies:

• A 100% prepayment is required for reservations during the holidays.
• Cancellations can be made free of charge through November 30, 2026.
• For cancellations between December 1 and 15, 2026, 80% of the total amount will be charged.
• For cancellations after December 15, 2026, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
• Changes and cancellations must always be submitted in writing to kerst@schiphol.valk.nl
