  Yes, as a hotel guest, you can safely park your own bike or e-bike in the hotel’s locked and secure bike shed.

• Is the bike shed at the hotel covered?

  Yes, the bike shed is covered and lit, so your bike or e-bike can be left dry and safe.

• Can I charge my e-bike (battery) at the hotel?

  The e-bike (battery) can be charged in the bicycle storage area. You are not permitted to charge your (own) battery in your room. This is for fire safety reasons.

• Does the hotel offer bike or e-bike hire?

• Does the hotel offer a service or collection service in the event of a flat tyre or a faulty bike?

  Yes, for your hired bike, you can contact the hotel if the bike is faulty.

  This service is not available for your own bicycle or a hired bicycle with, for example, a flat battery or flat tyres.

• Are child seats available for the bicycles?

  No, the hotel does not have child seats available for the bicycles.

• What are the rates for hiring bikes and e-bikes?

  Hiring a bike costs €38 per bike per day. Do you have a Valk account? If so, you’ll receive a €5 discount, bringing the cost down to €33 per bike per day.

• Does the reception have cycling routes available?

  Yes, cycling routes are available at reception.

• Does the hotel offer packed lunches for on the go?

  The hotel offers packed lunches for €15 per pack. These must be reserved at reception the evening before.

• Can I reserve the packed lunch in advance?

  Yes, you must reserve your packed lunch no later than the evening before.

• What does a standard packed lunch contain?

  2 slices of bread (wholemeal or white) (vegetarian or non-vegetarian), a piece of fruit, a bottle of water, a packet of crisps, a chocolate bar.

• Is it possible to adapt a packed lunch to dietary requirements?

  Yes, you can specify if you are vegetarian.

• How much does a packed lunch cost at the hotel?

  A packed lunch costs €15 each.

• Is it possible to order several packed lunches at once for groups or families?

  Yes, that’s no problem at all.
