Christmas Live Cooking Brunch

Celebrate the most magical time of the year at Hotel Schiphol and enjoy our festive Live Cooking brunch.

At Van der Valk Hotel Schiphol, you and your loved ones can enjoy our extensive Live Cooking dinner buffet. Our chefs will delight you with a variety of hot and cold dishes and a wide selection of main courses, all prepared à la minute in our stunning Live Cooking kitchen.

The Live Cooking brunch buffet includes, among other things:

• Various types of bread and deluxe rolls
• A variety of cheeses, savory and sweet spreads
• A variety of fish and meat dishes
• Salad bar with a selection of fresh salads and dressings
• Fresh fruit
• A selection of hot dishes
• Dessert buffet
• The buffet also includes coffee, tea, milk, juices, and soft drinks from the soda machine

We’ve thought of everyone. There’s plenty of choice for children at our extensive buffet, and there’s entertainment for young and old alike.

Christmas Live Cooking Brunch:

The buffet opens at 11:30 a.m. (last entry at 12:30 p.m.)

Session 1: 11:30 a.m. – Ends around 2:30 p.m.

Session 2: 12:00 p.m. – Ends around 2:30 p.m.

Prices:

Adults: €62.50 per person

Children ages 4–10: €29.50 per person

Children ages 0–3: free

Special reservation and cancellation policies:

• A 100% prepayment is required for reservations during the holidays.
• Cancellations can be made free of charge through November 30, 2026.
• For cancellations between December 1 and 15, 2026, 80% of the total amount will be charged.
• For cancellations after December 15, 2026, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
• Changes and cancellations must always be submitted in writing to kerst@schiphol.valk.nl
