CORONA VIRUS

Due to the measures drawn up by the government and RIVM regarding the Corona virus, various facilities have been closed. Below you will find an overview of the measures taken by Hotel Schiphol. All measures are valid until 1 June 2020.

  • The lobby, brasserie and hotel bar are closed.
  • The a la carte restaurant is only available to guests with a room reservation. This is strictly monitored. A distance of 1.5 meters is kept and a maximum of 2 people can sit per table.
  • Our shop in the lobby is open for snacks, drinks and various other products. The products should be taken directly to the room and should can't be consumed in public areas.
  • To limit infections as much as possible, it is forbidden to have gatherings with 3 or more people in Hotel Schiphol. Persons in the same household, such as families, and children are excluded.
  • Our swimming pool, fitness and wellness facilities are closed.
  • As an alternative for our breakfastbuffet, we offer our hotel guests a breakfast package instead. This will be brought to your room at the agreed time.
  • We have an adapted room service card for lunch and dinner, which you will receive at check-in. Room service is available between 12:00 PM and 9:30 PM.
  • We do not accept cash payments due to the risk of contamination. It is only possible to make payments by pin or credit card.
  • We require a valid ID from each guest and you must agree to our zero tolerance policy upon check-in.
  • If you have a reservation at Hotel Schiphol with arrival within the stated period and you wish to cancel or change it, we advise you to contact our reservation office 0252-675335, or by mail info@schiphol.valk.nl . We will work with you to look at the conditions and the various options.
