Hotel is open

We are delighted that we are allowed to welcome more and more guests. Did you know that our hotel never closed? Hotel guests can enjoy breakfast and dinner in our restaurants again. In order to do so, we have adjusted our procedures and rooms in various ways, which allows you to have a safe and relaxing stay at our hotel. You will find all details on this page.

PLEASE NOTE, VERY IMPORTANT!
Do you have any cold-like symptoms, including cold in the nose, runny nose, soar throat, mild cough or a temperature higher than 38 degrees Celsius/100.4 Fahrenheit? If yes, you are requested to stay home and not to come to the hotel.

It is important that you follow the instructions of the hotel staff members during your stay with us. Additionally, all guests and staff members at our hotel are requested to carefully follow the precautionary measures below:

Overnight Stay

We look forward to welcoming you in person, showing you around and answering all the question, you might have. On arrival you can disinfect your hands in the lobby.

We will ensure hospitable check-in with 1,5 metres distance for you. All our staff members have been instructed how to proceed with regard to COVID-19.

We only accept card payments and in addition, we request a valid ID from each guest. You are also asked to sign and agree with our zero tolerance policy.

Every day professional cleaners clean our rooms and the door handles, besides (stair) handrails, lift buttons are cleaned several times a day. Our staff members wear gloves and wash their hands every hour.

Throughout the hotel you will find clearly visible floor stickers and directions, which route you should follow.

If you haven’t made a reservation for the restaurant while booking your stay, we recommend doing so during check-in. Reservations for breakfast and dinner are required.

Food & drinks

Breakfast and dinner
Onlyguests that stay at the hotel can have breakfast at our restaurant. For dinner our restaurant is reserved for Hotel guests only, a reservation is required. The brasserie is for outside guests, a reservation is manditory.

In order to ensure that everything runs smoothly and safely, we have drawn up a number of guidelines:

  • You are requested to state your preferred time to have breakfast and dinner while you book your stay on the website
  • Before you enter the restaurant, we will ask you to show us your reservation
  • Additionally, we will ask you some health-related questions
  • You will be requested (mandatory) to disinfect your hands
  • Please, wait at the welcome desk. We will accompany you to your table
  • Keep 1,5 metres distance from our staff members and other guests
  • Arrows at our restaurant signal which way to walk and you are kindly requested to follow these
  • We serve your food and drinks with the appropriate distance, after which you can get your order yourself
  • Our staff members wear gloves for hygiene purposes
  • The preferred method of payment is by card or contact-free

Lunch
Our Brasserie is open for lunch, a reservation is manditory

Room service
Guests, who prefer to have breakfast or dinner in the hotel room, can make use of a delicious room service menu. We will then leave your ordered breakfast or dinner outside your hotel room.

Brunch and Live Cooking
We regret to inform you that at present brunch and Live Cooking are not available.

Terrace and bar
Our terrace is open for guests who have booked an overnight stay at our hotel. The bar is still closed. We advise you to visit our website, since things might change quickly.

Shuttleservice

Until further notice, our shuttle bus no longer operates according to the schedule.
Please contact the reception +31 252 67 53 35 in case shuttle service is required between 05:00 – 23:40.

The bus leaves at the airport at bus stop A9 - A13.
Important: From 1 June, face masks are also mandatory in the shuttle bus !!

* In addition to the above service we offer paid transport with a fee of € 7,50 per adult and € 5,- per child (to 11 years) each half hour. This service is based on availability and a reservation is required.

Swimmingpool, Gym & Wellness

SWIMMING POOL
Our swimming pool is open for guests who have booked an overnight stay at our hotel. You can reserve a time slot on the day of arrival by phone or while checking in. This way, you can be sure it will never be too crowded in our pool. It goes without saying that the hygiene regulations, as described above, apply to the swimming pool as well.

GYM & WELLNESS
We regret to inform you that our gym and wellness area are closed.

Shop & Lobby

The shop in our Lobby is open for snacks, drinks and various products. A route is indicated in the store.
Products should be taken directly to the room and can't be consumed in public areas.

To limit contamination as much as possible it is forbidden to stay in the public areas( Lobby) with 3 or more people. Persons from the same household , such as families and children are excluded.

Frequently asked questions

Can we eat at the restaurant again?
Yes, you can! As guest with an overnight stay booking you can enjoy delicious breakfast and dinner at the restaurants in our hotels. You can make breakfast and dinner reservations while booking your overnight stay at our hotel. We hope, we can welcome guests without overnight stay soon again as well in our restaurant and on our terrace. Unfortunately that cannot be realised yet.

What are the safety measures you have taken?
We have taken quite a few safety measures. Our rooms are given a thorough cleaning, on a daily basis. We clean all door handles several times a day. We wash our hands every hour. Our restaurant has a new set-up, so that you have more space and there are fewer people, having breakfast or dinner at the same time. Part of this new set-up is a reservation system. On different locations in the hotel you will find disinfections columns that allow you to disinfect your hands, quickly and conveniently.

Can I book a room again?
Yes, you can! Did you know that our hotel has never been closed? You can book straight away and also make use of a number of fantastic packages.

Can I come for lunch or brunch?
No, we’re sorry that we cannot serve brunch yet, for lunch you can make a reservation online.

Is the swimming pool open?
Our swimming pool is open for guests who have booked an overnight stay at our hotel. It goes without saying that the hygiene regulations, as described above, apply to the swimming pool as well.

Which amenities are available at the hotel?
Only the swimming pool is open for hotel guests.

Can I rent an (electric) bicycle at the hotel?
Yes, hotel guests can make reservations for an (electric) bike through our reception desk. Each hotel has fine bicycle routes (20/40/60 km) in the surrounding area – suggestions are ready and waiting for you.
