The Hotel is open

We are delighted that we are still allowed to welcome guests. Hotel guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch & dinner in our restaurant or Brasserie. In order to do so, we have adjusted our procedures and rooms in various ways, which allows you to have a safe and relaxing stay at our hotel. You will find all details on this page. As per October 2nd, it is mandatory to wear a facemask in all our public area's.

PLEASE NOTE, VERY IMPORTANT!
Do you have any cold-like symptoms, including cold in the nose, runny nose, soar throat, mild cough or a temperature higher than 38 degrees Celsius/100.4 Fahrenheit? If yes, you are requested to stay home and not to come to the hotel.

It is important that you follow the instructions of the hotel staff members during your stay with us. Additionally, all guests and staff members at our hotel are requested to carefully follow the precautionary measures below:

Overnight Stay

We are looking forward to welcome you. On arrival you can disinfect your hands in the lobby and measure your temparature.

We will ensure hospitable check-in with 1,5 metres distance for you. All our staff members have been instructed how to proceed with regard to COVID-19.

We only accept card payments and in addition, we request a valid ID from each guest. You are also asked to sign and agree with our zero tolerance policy.

Every day professional cleaners clean our rooms and the door handles, besides (stair) handrails, lift buttons are cleaned several times a day. Our staff members wash their hands every hour.

Throughout the hotel you will find clearly visible floor stickers and directions, which route you should follow.

If you haven’t made a reservation for the restaurant while booking your stay, we recommend doing so during check-in. Reservations for lunch and dinner are required.

Food & drinks

At the moment, only guests with a hotelroom reservation can come to us for breakfast, lunch & dinner.

* It is no longer possible to order and / or consume alcoholic drinks after 20:00 p.m.

Breakfast
Breakfast is served between 05:00 - 11:00 a.m. in the restaurant

Lunch (reservation is mandatory)
Lunch is served in the Brasserie between 12:00 - 16:00 p.m.

Restaurant (reservation is mandatory)
The restaurant is open from 17:30 - 22:00 p.m. for dinner

Brasserie (reservation is mandatory)
Our brasserie is open from 10:00 - 12:00 a.m. for coffee, tea & cake, 12:00 - 16:00 p.m. for lunch and dinner until 22:00 p.m.

Hotelbar
Open from 16:00 - 24:00 p.m.

In order to ensure that everything runs smoothly and safely, we have drawn up a number of guidelines:

  • Your party consists of 1 household or a maximum of 4 people (with the exception of children up to and including 12 years).
  • Upon entering the restaurant / brasserie / bar, we ask you a few health questions and we will note the data that is required for contact research of the Dutch Health Inspection;
  • You will be requested to disinfect your hands
  • Please, wait at the welcome desk. You will be seated by our staff members.
  • Keep 1,5 metres distance from our staff members and other guests
  • Arrows at our restaurant show which way to walk and you are kindly requested to follow these

Room service
For guests who prefer to have breakfast or dinner in their room, we have the option of room service.
We bring the meals in front of the door of your hotel room.

The surcharge for room service breakfast is € 8.50 per person and € 5.50 for dinner (when spending under €15)

Brunch
We do not serve Brunch at the moment.

Meeting rooms

With the tightened measures, a maximum of 30 guests are allowed in our meeting rooms.

Safety comes first at all times, arrow show you which way to walk and you are kindly requested to follow these so you can continue to do business safely.
At the moment we only accept business meetings, weddings or other events are unfortunately not possible until further notice.

Swimmingpool, Gym & Wellness

From November 19, the swimming pool is open again for hotel guests only. Reservations are mandatory, ask at the reception about the possibilities.
You can reserve a time slot for the swimming pool once per stay, if you stay several nights and want to swim a second time, this will be based on availability.

You have the opportunity to use the swimming pool for 45 minutes.

To access the swimming pool, you must report at the reception 5 minutes in advance of your reserved time slot, you will receive the access keycard which must be returned to the reception afterwards. We have a limited number of spots available (max. 4 people, per time slot)

The wellness, toilets, showers and changing rooms are closed. Disinfect your hands at the entrance to the pool. You must follow the instructions of the staff.

Our fitness is open, but we do ask you to clean the equipment thoroughly before and after use.

Due to the update corona measures, the swimming pool and the wellness will be closed for at least 2 weeks starting November 4, 2020.

Shop & Lobby

The shop in our Lobby is open for snacks, drinks and various products. Follow the marked sign instructions.
Products should be taken directly to the room and can't be consumed in public areas.

To limit contamination as much as possible it is forbidden to stay in the shop with 3 or more persons.
Persons from the same household , such as families and children are excluded.

* It is not possible to buy alcoholic drinks after 20:00 p.m.

Frequently asked questions

Can we eat at the restaurant again?
Yes, you can! As guest with an overnight stay booking you can enjoy delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner at the restaurants in our hotels. You can make lunch and dinner reservations while booking your overnight stay at our hotel.

What are the safety measures you have taken?
We have taken quite a few safety measures. Our rooms are given a thorough cleaning, on a daily basis. We clean all door handles several times a day. We wash our hands every hour. Our restaurant has a new set-up, so that you have more space and there are fewer people, having breakfast or dinner at the same time. Part of this new set-up is a reservation system. We have placed disinfection columns in various places so that you can disinfect your hands quickly and easily.

Can I book a room again?
Yes, you can! Did you know that our hotel has never been closed? You can book directly.

Can I come for lunch or brunch?
No, we’re sorry that we cannot serve brunch yet, for lunch you will have to make reservations.

Is the swimming pool open?
Yes, the swimming pool is open reservation is mandatory (max. 4 persons per time slot)

Which amenities are available at the hotel?
The restaurant, brasserie, bar, swimmingpool and gym are open.
The Wellness is currently closed.

Can I rent an (electric) bicycle at the hotel?
Yes, you can book these through our reception or online through bicycle rental.
The reception has beautiful cycling routes in the area ready for you.
