The Hotel is open

In view of recent developments and the newly announced government measures, Hotel Schiphol A4 has again closed all facilities until further notice. Hotel guests can make use of a take-away menu for breakfast, lunch & dinner . You can read the details on this page.

As per December 1st, it is mandatory to wear a facemask in all our public area's.

PLEASE NOTE, VERY IMPORTANT!
Do you have any cold-like symptoms, including cold in the nose, runny nose, soar throat, mild cough or a temperature higher than 38 degrees Celsius/100.4 Fahrenheit? If yes, you are requested to stay home and not to come to the hotel.

It is important that you follow the instructions of the hotel staff members during your stay with us. Additionally, all guests and staff members at our hotel are requested to carefully follow the precautionary measures below:

Measures we took in our hotels to give you a safe and hospitable stay

  • Face masks are mandatory in all public areas.
  • The starting point for our adjustments is the guidelines and recommendations of the government.
  • Our employees have received instructions on how to act under Corona.
  • There are additional protocols for cleaning and hygiene.

Overnight Stay

Our rooms are professionally cleaned every day and the door handles of all doors in our hotel are cleaned several times a day. All our employees wash their hands every hour.

  • Check-in is from 2 PM daily. It is not possible to check in earlier.
  • Preferably check-in only, we try to avoid unnecessary crowds in the lobby.
  • A maximum of 2 people (excluding children up to and including 12 years old) are allowed in a hotel room unless you live at 1 address.
  • Follow the indicated routing for inputs and outputs.
  • Payment in the entire hotel is only allowed by debit or credit card.

Despite the fact that our hotel is open, we want to follow the measures taken by the RIVM and the national government as strictly as possible.

In addition, we ask every guest for a valid ID and you must agree to our zero tolerance policy at check-in.

Food & drinks

The restaurant, Brasserie & Bar are closed.

Measures until further notice:

Breakfast
Breakfast will be offered in a take away form.
You can pick up your breakfast to go at an agreed time slot in the restaurant and enjoy it in your room. Our restaurants and other seating options in the hotel are not in use.

Lunch/Dinner
We offer our guests a take away menu, you will find the menu in your room.
From your room you can make your choice and order by calling the number 5232 between 12:00 am until 9:00 pm.
We will then call you when your order is ready and you can collect it at our restaurant and enjoy it in your room.
Your order may not be brought to your room by the staff, all seating options in the hotel are not in use.

Room service
Room service is not allowed.

Meeting rooms

With the tightened measures, a maximum of 30 guests are allowed in our meeting rooms.

Safety comes first at all times, arrow show you which way to walk and you are kindly requested to follow these so you can continue to do business safely.
At the moment we only accept business meetings, weddings or other events are unfortunately not possible until further notice.

Swimmingpool, Gym & Wellness

Closed until further notice.

Shop & Lobby

The shop in our Lobby is open for snacks, drinks and various products. Follow the marked sign instructions.
Products should be taken directly to the room and can't be consumed in public areas.

To limit contamination as much as possible it is forbidden to stay in the shop with 3 or more persons.
Persons from the same household , such as families and children are excluded.

* It is not possible to buy alcoholic drinks after 20:00 p.m.
